Job Description

The Duke University Health System is looking for a talented NeuroDiagnostic Technician to join our team and help provide the highest quality care to our patients. We are looking for an individual with expansive knowledge and experience in NeuroDiagnostic technology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for helping others, and the drive to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of NeuroDiagnostic equipment and providing technical support to other medical personnel, as well as the patients. You will be expected to maintain patient safety and ensure accuracy of the data collected.The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in a medical field or equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as experience in the NeuroDiagnostic field. The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure is paramount, as is a commitment to providing the best possible patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Setup and operate NeuroDiagnostic equipment.
  2. Provide technical support to other medical personnel and patients.
  3. Maintain patient safety and accuracy of data collected.
  4. Utilize excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
  5. Communicate effectively with a variety of medical professionals.
  6. Work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  7. Ensure the highest quality of care is given to patients.
  8. Remain up-to-date with advancements in NeuroDiagnostic technology.
