
Network Analyst
At Duke University Health System, we are seeking a Network Analyst to join our team of professionals. This individual should be highly motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills, as they will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our network systems. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise and experience necessary to maintain the highest levels of network performance.To be successful in this role, the Network Analyst must have at least an Associate's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the network administration field. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Cisco routers and switches, as well as knowledge of network security protocols. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health of Duke University Health System's network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers and switches.
- Maintain network security protocols to ensure the safety of the network.
- Create and manage network documentation and diagrams.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other teams to ensure maximum network performance.
- Develop and implement new network strategies to improve system performance.
- Test network systems regularly for potential issues and vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and network trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users as needed.
