5. Monitor and update patient information in electronic health record systems.

7. Assist with audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Provide support to other healthcare staff in retrieving and accessing medical records.
9. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with medical records.
10. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to medical records.
11. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff regarding medical records and related concerns.
12. Participate in training and education programs to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
13. Utilize electronic health record systems and other technology effectively to manage and maintain medical records.
14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve processes and enhance patient care.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
