1. Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards

3. Maintain accurate records and records of food production
4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cooking area
5. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Assist in the creation of new recipes and menu items
7. Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitary
8. Monitor inventory to ensure a sufficient supply of food items
9. Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
10. Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure the highest standards of food production
