Experience In Food Production: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Food Production Setting, Such As A Commercial Kitchen Or Food Manufacturing Facility. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations, Food Preparation Techniques, And Equipment Operation.
Culinary Education And/Or Certifications: While Not Required, Candidates With A Culinary Degree Or Relevant Certifications, Such As Servsafe, Will Be Given Preference. This Indicates A Strong Understanding Of Food Production Principles And Safety Protocols.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Food Production Associate Will Be Responsible For Preparing And Serving Meals To A Large Number Of Patients, Visitors, And Staff. This Requires The Ability To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
