  1. Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for the executive leadership team, handling all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  4. Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines for the executive leadership team.
  7. Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team and other departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts that may arise and bring them to the attention of the executive leadership team.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
  11. Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports for the executive leadership team.
  12. Assist with organizing and planning company events and functions.
  13. Uphold a professional and positive image of the organization at all times.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission, values, and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
