
EKG Technician
At Duke University Health System, we are looking for an experienced EKG Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the medical staff. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrocardiograms (EKGs) to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions.To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience as an EKG Technician and hold a certification in EKG technology. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. You must have excellent communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and must be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, you must possess the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other medical staff. Responsibilities:
