Job Description

The Duke University Health System is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized professional to join our team as the Director of Case Management. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and oversight of our Case Management program. You will provide leadership and direct the Case Management team to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.You should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Administration and at least seven years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization. You should also have a good understanding of healthcare regulations and a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction. You must be a creative problem solver and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and can bring enthusiasm and energy to our team.
