  1. Design and develop technology solutions that enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to identify system requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Maintain and update existing healthcare systems to ensure they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare systems, working closely with end users to provide timely and effective solutions.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of the systems.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, and make recommendations for implementing new solutions.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and technologies.
  8. Train end users on new systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  10. Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare technology.
  11. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  12. Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Identify and address potential security risks and ensure data privacy compliance.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and other external partners to implement and maintain third-party solutions.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve system issues, and implement preventive measures to avoid future problems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Developing And Maintaining Healthcare Applications.

  • Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql.

  • Experience With Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hl7 And Hipaa.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
