
Compliance Research Auditor
At Duke University Health System, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Research Auditor to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for research and is committed to helping ensure our compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an interest in healthcare compliance.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in research and data analysis. The Compliance Research Auditor should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with health care regulations and compliance audit processes.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring Duke University Health System is in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities of a Compliance Research Auditor:
- Analyze healthcare regulations and related compliance audit processes to ensure Duke University Health System is in full compliance.
- Perform research and data analysis to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Prepare reports and documents to support the audit process.
- Maintain accurate records and update audit documentation as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding compliance matters.
- Provide training and education on compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
