Job Description

At Duke University Health System, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Research Auditor to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for research and is committed to helping ensure our compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an interest in healthcare compliance.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in research and data analysis. The Compliance Research Auditor should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with health care regulations and compliance audit processes.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring Duke University Health System is in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities of a Compliance Research Auditor:

  1. Analyze healthcare regulations and related compliance audit processes to ensure Duke University Health System is in full compliance.
  2. Perform research and data analysis to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance with applicable regulations.
  4. Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and report findings to management.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  6. Prepare reports and documents to support the audit process.
  7. Maintain accurate records and update audit documentation as needed.
  8. Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding compliance matters.
  9. Provide training and education on compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
