  1. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients with urological cancers.
  2. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  4. Assist with medical procedures, such as catheter insertion and wound care.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any concerns.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
  9. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  11. Show empathy and understanding towards patients and their families.
  12. Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  13. Understand and respect patient confidentiality.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Cna Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Experience In Oncology And Urology: Previous Experience In Providing Care To Cancer Patients And Those With Urological Conditions Is Highly Desirable For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Cancer Treatments: A Thorough Understanding Of Different Cancer Treatments And Their Potential Side Effects Is Crucial For A Cna Working In A Cancer Center.

  • Compassionate And Empathetic Attitude: Working With Cancer Patients Can Be Emotionally Challenging, So The Ideal Candidate Must Have A Compassionate And Empathetic Attitude Towards Patients And Their Families.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: A Cna At A Cancer Center Will Be Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team And Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment. Strong Time-Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.
