  1. Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care, ensuring accurate collection and labeling of blood samples.

  4. Keep detailed and accurate records of all phlebotomy procedures and patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Phlebotomy: Applicants Must Be Certified As A Phlebotomist Through An Accredited Program Or Have The Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Organization.

  • Experience In A Clinical Setting: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For Accurately Labeling And Handling Blood Samples And Communicating With Medical Staff.

  • Attention To Detail: Clinical Technicians Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Labeling, Handling, And Tracking Blood Samples To Avoid Any Errors Or Misinterpretations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills Are Crucial For Clinical Technicians To Interact With Patients, Medical Staff, And Laboratory Personnel In A Professional And Empathetic Manner.
