Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Clinical Pharmacist At Duke University Health System Must Possess A Pharmd Degree From A Recognized And Accredited University. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacotherapy, And Clinical Patient Care.
State Licensure And Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Licensed To Practice Pharmacy In The State Of North Carolina And Hold A Board Certification In Pharmacotherapy By The Board Of Pharmacy Specialties (Bps). This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge, Skills, And Experience To Provide Effective Clinical Pharmacy Services.
