  2. Assist and support patients in their treatment and recovery journey.

  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Provide support and education to patients and families regarding their condition and treatment.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
  13. Collaborate with outside agencies and resources to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
  15. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably With A Diverse Patient Population.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Modalities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Patients And Their Families.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Follow Treatment Plans To Support The Overall Wellness Of Patients.
