- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable DER and retail programs to meet the evolving energy needs of our customers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs in the energy industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation of DER and retail programs.
- Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements, market incentives, and industry best practices related to DER and retail programs.
- Monitor program performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, regulators, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in DER and retail technologies.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for DER and retail programs.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on DER and retail program development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Duke Energy at industry conferences and events to promote our DER and retail programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create awareness and drive customer engagement for DER and retail programs.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during the development and implementation of DER and retail programs.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Duke Energy through your expertise and contributions to DER and retail programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy Industry, With A Focus On Dsm (Demand Side Management) And Retail Programs.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Dsm And Retail Programs.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Dsm And Retail Programs.
