  1. Develop and implement innovative and sustainable DER and retail programs to meet the evolving energy needs of our customers.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs in the energy industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation of DER and retail programs.
  4. Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements, market incentives, and industry best practices related to DER and retail programs.
  5. Monitor program performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, regulators, and industry partners.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in DER and retail technologies.
  8. Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for DER and retail programs.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts on DER and retail program development and implementation.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent Duke Energy at industry conferences and events to promote our DER and retail programs.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create awareness and drive customer engagement for DER and retail programs.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during the development and implementation of DER and retail programs.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Duke Energy through your expertise and contributions to DER and retail programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy Industry, With A Focus On Dsm (Demand Side Management) And Retail Programs.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Dsm And Retail Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Dsm And Retail Programs.
