- Develop and implement training programs for employees at nuclear power plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for new and current employees, covering topics such as nuclear plant operations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive activities.
- Stay current with industry developments and updates to ensure training materials and programs are up-to-date.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs.
- Assist in the development and execution of emergency response drills and exercises.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees, providing guidance and support on nuclear energy topics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Nuclear Engineering Or Closely Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Nuclear Power Plant As A Licensed Reactor Operator Or Senior Reactor Operator.
Completion Of An Instructor Training Program (Itp) Or Equivalent Training In Teaching And Instructional Design.
Strong Knowledge Of Nuclear Plant Systems, Operations, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor New Employees.
