- Conduct detailed mechanical design analysis and evaluations for nuclear power plant components, systems and structures.
- Develop and maintain engineering designs, specifications, and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of nuclear facilities.
- Perform complex calculations and simulations to support design decisions and assess potential risks.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Nuclear Engineering Coursework.
Knowledge Of Nuclear Power Plant Design Principles And Regulations, Including Asme Boiler And Pressure Vessel Code And Nrc Requirements.
Experience With Mechanical Design Software, Such As Autocad And Solidworks, For Creating And Analyzing Designs.
Strong Understanding Of Nuclear Power Plant Systems And Components, Including Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, And Piping Systems.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Other Engineers And Stakeholders On Design Projects.
