  1. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hydro instrumentation and control (I&C) systems in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new technologies and processes for improved efficiency and reliability.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of hydro I&C systems.
  4. Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve the performance of hydro I&C systems.
  6. Document all work performed, including maintenance and repair activities, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate work and troubleshoot issues.
  9. Provide technical support to other departments and assist with the training of new team members.
  10. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
  12. Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate Degree Or Equivalent Technical Training In Electrical, Electronics, Or Instrumentation Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Industrial Or Power Plant Instrumentation And Control Systems.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Plcs, Dcs, And Other Control Systems Used In Power Generation.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings, Schematics, And Wiring Diagrams.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Diagnose And Repair Complex Control System Issues.
