A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Field Or Utility Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
Knowledge Of Duke Energy's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Explain And Promote Them To Customers.
