As a Residential Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding their dream home and ensuring a seamless leasing process.   1. Assist clients in finding their ideal rental property by understanding their needs and preferences.
  2. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and amenities of available units.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and rental rates to provide accurate and valuable advice to clients.
  5. Coordinate and schedule lease signings, move-ins, and move-outs.
  6. Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants, including credit and background checks.
  7. Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing transactions.
  9. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready and well-maintained.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed leasing targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  11. Attend networking events and build a strong professional network to generate leads and referrals.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and local laws and regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.
