  1. Greet and welcome clients to Douglas Elliman in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking rental properties.
  3. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences for a rental property.
  4. Utilize expert knowledge of the real estate market to match clients with suitable rental properties.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the leasing process.
  6. Conduct property tours and showings for potential rental properties.
  7. Prepare and present rental agreements to clients and assist in the lease signing process.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of available rental properties and their amenities.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process for clients.
  10. Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients to generate leads.
  11. Actively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  12. Meet and exceed leasing goals set by the company.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the real estate market.
  14. Represent Douglas Elliman in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the leasing process for clients.
