- Conduct thorough and timely follow-ups with leads, inquiries, and scheduled appointments to ensure a high conversion rate
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each property to potential tenants
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to maintain a strong knowledge of available properties and their current status
- Conduct property tours and facilitate the application and leasing process, including necessary paperwork and background checks
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor properties to make strategic recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies
- Proactively address any concerns or issues raised by tenants and work to find solutions that meet their needs and maintain their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities and tenant information
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and stay informed on company policies and procedures.
