• Oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure they are well-maintained and meet company standards
• Develop and implement property management plans, including budgeting, maintenance schedules, and leasing strategies
• Supervise and train property management staff, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel
• Communicate regularly with property owners and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly and effectively
• Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and complaints, enforcing lease agreements, and resolving conflicts
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Prepare and present regular property management reports to company executives and stakeholders.
