- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and agents in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing their calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, for listings and open houses.
- Manage and organize office files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule office events, such as team meetings and training sessions.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve any office-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and human resources, to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
- Assist with onboarding new agents, including setting up their workstations and providing them with necessary resources.
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Office Coordination Or Administrative Support Role
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
