- Greet and welcome clients and visitors upon their arrival to the office in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office space by keeping track of supplies, ordering new materials when necessary, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and distribute important documents and correspondence such as contracts, leases, and marketing materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Act as a liaison between clients and team members, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
- Provide support to team members as needed, including but not limited to preparing presentations, conducting research, and organizing events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

- Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
