  1. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
  2. Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels, ordering new supplies when necessary.
  3. Greeting and assisting clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  4. Answering and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties.
  5. Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings for team members.
  6. Managing and organizing office files and documents.
  7. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  8. Ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  9. Coordinating and managing office events and meetings.
  10. Liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure office needs are met.
  11. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  12. Providing support to team members as needed.
  13. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  14. Collaborating with other departments and teams within the company.
  15. Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  16. Troubleshooting and resolving any office-related issues.
