
Office Coordinator
Douglas Elliman is searching for an Office Coordinator to join our team and help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization and provide critical support to our staff and clients.The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess a friendly, professional demeanor. Our Office Coordinator must have a knack for multitasking and be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including but not limited to answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and greeting guests.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and that the office is clean and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, filing, and organizing documents.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Implement organizational procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input regarding office management and organization.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
