- Collaborate with top-producing agents to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for properties and services.
- Create and design compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to showcase properties and services.
- Manage and maintain all digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate photography and videography for properties.
- Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on marketing efforts.
- Monitor and track marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for property launches and other marketing events.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop new marketing ideas.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all team members and clients.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's image.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Techniques, Including Digital And Traditional Marketing Strategies.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Effective Marketing Materials.
Proficiency In Various Software Programs, Including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, And Social Media Platforms.
