  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Real Estate Sales: A Luxury Property Broker At Douglas Elliman Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In The Luxury Real Estate Market, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Expertise In This Niche.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Local Luxury Real Estate Market: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Luxury Real Estate Market In The Area They Will Be Working In, Including Current Market Trends, Pricing Strategies, And Competition.

  • Proven Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships: Luxury Property Brokers At Douglas Elliman Should Be Skilled At Cultivating And Maintaining Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients, As Well As Other Industry Professionals Such As Developers, Attorneys, And Bankers.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Luxury Property Broker, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Market Properties And Negotiate Deals On Behalf Of Clients. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner, And Be A Skilled Negotiator.
