  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that candidates are properly evaluated and onboarded.
  3. Collaborate with managers to identify and address staffing needs and facilitate internal transfers and promotions.
  4. Manage employee relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Develop and administer employee retention programs to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  6. Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide guidance and training to managers on performance management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on all HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  8. Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
  10. Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits and compensation.
  11. Facilitate and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Assist in the organization and facilitation of company events and activities to promote employee engagement and team building.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to retain top talent.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's goals, objectives, and culture to ensure HR practices align with the organization's overall strategy.
  15. Seek opportunities to continuously improve HR processes and procedures to support the company's growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Property Management Setting

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, Particularly Excel And Powerpoint
