  • Develop and implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts when necessary
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Serve as a resource for employees and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
