- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources management in line with company values and goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees on various HR topics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Collaborate with department managers to address and resolve employee performance and conduct issues.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures within the company.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that supports employee engagement and well-being.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to HR and company culture, as needed.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role.
