  4. Conduct training sessions for team members on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, performance reviews, and company policies.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Hr Is Essential For Success As A Human Resources Specialist At Douglas Elliman.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role: Previous Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably Within The Real Estate Industry, Will Demonstrate The Necessary Skills And Knowledge For The Position.
