- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
- Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Create and maintain employee files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and training programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for employee development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage and maintain HRIS system, including data entry and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Partner with other departments to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
