- Develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.
- Act as a role model for learning and development within the organization.
- Communicate training initiatives and updates to employees and management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and resources.
- Collaborate with the HR department to implement and track employee training and development plans.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by providing training and resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Keep track of training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Virtually.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
