1. Create and implement training programs for agents and staff, covering a wide range of topics such as sales techniques, industry regulations, and company policies.
2. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing agents and staff, both in person and virtually.
3. Develop training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments.
