We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for our agents and staff, ensuring their continuous growth and success.   1. Create and implement training programs for agents and staff, covering a wide range of topics such as sales techniques, industry regulations, and company policies.
  2. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing agents and staff, both in person and virtually.
  3. Develop training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Monitor and track the progress and development of agents and staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Serve as a mentor and coach to new agents, helping them navigate the real estate industry and achieve success.
  9. Communicate training updates and developments to the team, ensuring everyone is aware and informed.
  10. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential.
  11. Collaborate with external trainers and industry professionals to bring in additional expertise and resources.
  12. Stay current on company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and consistent training.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate training methods and programs.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to training and development.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for Douglas Elliman, promoting our company values and culture through training and development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training Or Adult Education.

  • Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners.

  • Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Experience Developing Engaging And Effective Training Materials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
