- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training materials and methods are relevant and effective.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to assist in their professional development.
- Act as a mentor and role model for employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with other trainers and HR team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar.
- Track and report on training metrics and outcomes to assess the impact of training on employee performance and company success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training Or Professional Development.
Proven Experience In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs For A Diverse Audience.
Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Participants.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
