  1. Manage Client Relationships: The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  2. Coordinate Appointments and Showings: The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating client appointments and property showings, ensuring that all parties involved are informed and prepared.
  3. Provide Administrative Support: The Coordinator will assist the team of agents with administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing paperwork, and maintaining client databases.
  4. Deliver Exceptional Customer Care: The Coordinator will be expected to provide top-notch customer care to all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
