In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and assistance throughout their real estate journey.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their real estate journey.
  2. Coordinate and manage all communication and interactions with clients, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Ensure all client information and records are accurately maintained and organized.
  5. Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  6. Conduct research and gather information to assist clients in their decision-making process.
  7. Assist in organizing and coordinating client events and open houses.
  8. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining databases.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
  11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  12. Seek out and implement new ways to improve the client experience and overall efficiency of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Client Services Coordinator At Douglas Elliman Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A High Level Of Customer Service Orientation And The Ability To Handle Client Inquiries And Concerns In A Professional And Timely Manner.

  • Organizational Skills: The Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Maintaining Accurate Records And Managing Client Accounts.

  • Knowledge Of Real Estate Industry: Familiarity With The Real Estate Industry, Including Terminology, Processes, And Regulations, Is Desirable In Order To Effectively Support Real Estate Agents And Provide Quality Service To Clients.

  • Computer Proficiency: The Client Services Coordinator Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Systems And Software, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technology. Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software Is Preferred.
