  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist agents with administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
  4. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws and regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to clients and agents.
  8. Organize and coordinate client events and marketing initiatives to promote the company's services.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide input for improving customer service and overall operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
