Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of products from the warehouse to our stores.
Ensure that all products are stored and handled in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to ensure stores are always fully stocked.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Work closely with other departments such as purchasing and sales to coordinate product orders and deliveries.
Continuously monitor and improve warehouse operations to maintain quality and speed as top priorities.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with the store management team to address any inventory or supply issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on warehouse operations.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact warehouse operations.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for warehouse staff.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications

Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Setting.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Warehouse Supervisor At Domino's Pizza Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles, Including Inventory Tracking, Stock Rotation, And Conducting Regular Inventory Audits.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Warehouse Workers. This Includes Being Able To Provide Clear Instructions, Give Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.
Physical Abilities: The Job Of A Warehouse Supervisor At Domino's Pizza Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, Standing For Long Periods, And Operating Forklifts. Therefore, The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Performing These Tasks.
Proven Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Set Goals, And Hold Team Members Accountable For Their Performance.
