Job Description

This position assists the Warehouse Team Leader with the coordination of team members engaged in warehouse operations in accordance with established company/industry standards and procedures. The Warehouse Shift Leader will be an active participant in the training and coaching of new/tenure team members in job duties, responsibilities, and safety. This position will also be engaged in the physical tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
One year of shift lead experience with sound, effective communication skills
Maintain forklift certification
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work in production/warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery
