In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data science and insights team, driving the development of insights, and making recommendations to the executive team. The successful candidate will have experience in data science and analytics, a strong understanding of customer insights, and a track record of developing and executing strategies to inform business decisions.We are looking for an experienced leader who is highly motivated to make a significant impact in our organization. Responsibilities:

Lead the data science and insights team and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Drive the development of insights through data science and analytics.
Make recommendations to the executive team based on customer insights.
Develop and execute strategies to inform business decisions.
Monitor performance and trends to uncover opportunities.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and maintain reports to track progress.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
