Transportation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a safe and efficient transportation system that meets the demands of our customers.
2. Supervise drivers and ensure that our fleet and delivery services meet our high standards of customer service.
3. Implement route optimization strategies to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of goods and services.
4. Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and coaching opportunities as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet operations.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues related to transportation.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Work with dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely operation of deliveries.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
