Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day transportation operations and ensure all deliveries are made on time.
Lead and motivate transportation staff to ensure efficient and safe delivery operations.
Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Handle any customer complaints related to transportation services.
Maintain records of all transportation activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Monitor traffic patterns and suggest route changes as needed.
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and identify any potential safety risks.
Oversee driver hiring and training processes.
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
