Transportation Supervisor

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of drivers • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of safety regulations and laws

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Domino's Pizza's transportation system • Manage and motivate a team of drivers • Ensure that drivers are adhering to safety regulations of the company • Monitor the performance of drivers and ensure delivery deadlines are met • Monitor and analyze transportation expenses to ensure optimal efficiency • Develop strategies to optimize the transportation system • Evaluate and update transportation policies and procedures • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of transportation materials • Track and update transportation records and reports • Troubleshoot any transportation-related issues • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
