- Lead and manage a team of software quality engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software systems.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of our software systems.
- Monitor and track the quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
- Ensure that all software products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor team members on software quality best practices and techniques.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Oversee the testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test results.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software quality engineering.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, development teams, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure the quality of outsourced software components.
- Monitor and manage the team's workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Uphold the company's values and policies and promote a positive work culture within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Software Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Food/Restaurant Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Software Quality Engineers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
