  1. Lead and manage a team of software quality engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software systems.
  2. Establish and maintain a high standard of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of our software systems.
  4. Monitor and track the quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
  5. Ensure that all software products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  7. Train and mentor team members on software quality best practices and techniques.
  8. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  9. Oversee the testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test results.
  10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software quality engineering.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, development teams, and external partners.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure the quality of outsourced software components.
  13. Monitor and manage the team's workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.
  14. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  15. Uphold the company's values and policies and promote a positive work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Software Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Food/Restaurant Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Software Quality Engineers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
