Develop and implement software testing strategies to ensure the quality of our digital systems.
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of all software components, including functionality, performance, and user experience.
Identify and report any bugs, defects, or issues found during testing.
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, procedures, and results.
Continuously monitor and improve the software quality assurance process.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software quality assurance.
Participate in code reviews to identify and address potential quality issues.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.
Provide regular updates on the status of software quality to management and stakeholders.
Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing software systems.
Identify and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Act as a quality advocate and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new software quality engineers.
Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance Or Testing, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Jira, And Testrail.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment.
