Design and implement SAP system and processes that align with the business objectives of Domino's Pizza.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation for SAP system.
Configure and customize SAP modules to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP system, including user training and resolving user inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP to continuously improve and optimize the system.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement new functionalities and integrations within the SAP system.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical personnel, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP system.
Identify and recommend areas for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation within the SAP system.
Maintain the integrity and security of the SAP system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP system and provide guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the implementation and maintenance of the SAP system.
Uphold and promote Domino's Pizza's mission and values, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Sap Modules: A Senior Sap Functional Analyst At Domino's Pizza Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience Working With Various Sap Modules, Such As Fi/Co, Sd, Mm, And Pp. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Configure These Modules To Meet The Company's Specific Business Needs.
Knowledge Of Domino's Pizza Business Processes: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Domino's Pizza Business Processes And How They Are Integrated With Sap. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Similar Role Within The Food And Beverage Industry Or A Similar Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Sap Functional Analyst, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Business Scenarios And Identifying Solutions Using Sap. They Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
Project Management Experience: Domino's Pizza Is Continuously Evolving And Implementing New Strategies And Technologies. The Senior Sap Functional Analyst Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading Projects Related To Sap Implementation, Upgrades, And Enhancements.
Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Different Teams, Including Business Users, Developers, And Other It Professionals. The Senior Sap Functional Analyst Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Gather Requirements, Communicate Solutions, And Provide Training And Support To End-Users.
