
Senior HR Change Management Specialist
Domino's Pizza is looking for a Senior HR Change Management Specialist to join our team and help lead our Human Resources department into the future. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new initiatives and ensuring the successful transition of our current staff to new processes and procedures.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent change management skills, an ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders, and a deep understanding of HR processes and procedures. You will also need to be able to quickly and effectively identify and address any issues that arise throughout the change process.We are looking for a confident and personable individual who is passionate about HR and helping us to make the best use of our resources. Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of new HR initiatives and changes.
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the change process.

- Quickly identify and address any issues that arise throughout the change process.
- Develop strategies to maximize the use of HR resources.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team throughout the transition process.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
